method Buffer.readUIntLE

Usage in Deno

```typescript import { type Buffer } from "node:node__buffer.d.ts"; ```
Buffer.readUIntLE(
offset: number,
byteLength: number,
): number
This function is also available under the `readUintLE` alias. ```js import { Buffer } from 'node:buffer'; const buf = Buffer.from([0x12, 0x34, 0x56, 0x78, 0x90, 0xab]); console.log(buf.readUIntLE(0, 6).toString(16)); // Prints: ab9078563412 ```
